    Updates to our Account Opening Agreement

    As we carry on refining and improving our services, we need to make some minor updates to the documents our clients receive when they start their trading journey with us. It’s important to us that we always act with transparency – that’s why we want to draw your attention to the small change we’ve made to the Client Agreement and the fact that we’ve added another card transactions processor.

    Clause 5.4, under the heading ‘Services’, now reads:

    Card transactions are processed via AL ACCEPT SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Reg No. 9822722 with registered address at 17 ENSIGN HOUSE, ADMIRALS WAY, CANARY WHARF, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM E14 9XQ and via FT Global Services Ltd, Reg No. HE 335426 with registered address at Tassou Papadopoulou 6, Flat/Office 22, Ag. Dometios, 2373, Nicosia, Cyprus. Address for cardholder correspondence: [email protected].
